Upon missing her daily morning bus, Julie encounters a comical character- A Clown. Desperately trying to maximize her time, and complete a report on her laptop, Julie struggles to ignore the Clown's constant attempts to make her smile and laugh. From helping an old lady, to becoming a one man marching band, to constructing a balloon animal for a child, the clown continually tries to brighten everyone's day. At the height of the clown's attempts to entertain Julie, and at the height of her anger and frustration towards the clown, Julie learns something valuable about herself, seeing finally how closed her eyes really are. Discovering the Clown's true identity, Julie realizes just how much she has lost from her youth.
